Chongqing Fuling Power Battery Production Base Project P1
Located in the High-Tech Zone of Fuling District, Chongqing, this large-scale industrial facility for new‑energy power batteries boasts a total floor area of 325,500 m². The project encompasses wide‑span portal steel‑frame buildings for battery cell and electrode‑sheet production, as well as multiple outdoor steel‑structure material‑handling corridors. It includes the supply and application of fire‑retardant coatings for steel structures, along with anti‑corrosion primers, intermediate coats, and topcoats, implemented across an indoor Class A plant system and an outdoor corridor weather‑resistant system, thereby meeting the stringent fire‑safety and fire‑resistance requirements of power‑battery facilities, as well as the corrosion‑protection needs of the humid southern climate.
Xi’an Xianyang International Airport Terminal 3 Expansion and Renovation Project, and the Supporting Energy Station Project for Terminal 5
Located in Weicheng District, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, the Phase III expansion of Xi’an Xianyang International Airport—comprising the T5 East Terminal and the GTC Integrated Transportation Center—is a major civil aviation project under the National 14th Five-Year Plan. The East Terminal features an ultra-large‑span welded hollow‑sphere space frame roof, while the GTC includes tens of thousands of tons of outdoor elevated steel box girders and steel‑structure connecting corridors. The project entails the supply and application of fire‑retardant coatings for steel structures, anti‑corrosion primers and intermediate coats, as well as decorative topcoats, employing two distinct coating systems—one for interior spaces and one for exterior environments—to meet both fire‑resistance requirements for large aviation hubs and the weather‑resistance and UV‑protection standards needed in the open‑air conditions of Northwest China.
Shaoxing North Station
Located in the Jinghu New Area of Yuecheng District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, the Shaoxing North Station TOD Integrated Transportation Hub is a key station‑city integration project in Zhejiang Province. With a total floor area of 221,300 square meters, it features a large‑span tubular truss roof, a circular steel space frame in the atrium, and multiple outdoor steel‑structure skybridges. The project has completed the supply of fire‑retardant coatings, anti‑corrosion treatments, and topcoats for the steel structure, as well as on‑site installation, thereby meeting the stringent fire‑resistance and outdoor weather‑resistant anti‑corrosion requirements of a major transportation hub.
Fuzhou Changle International Airport Phase II GTC Integrated Transportation Center
Located on Zhanghu Road in Changle District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, the project has a total floor area of 82,016 m², with two underground levels and four above-ground floors, and a building height of 40.3 m. The main structure is a reinforced concrete frame, featuring large‑span steel trusses on the roof and multiple steel‑structured skybridges (a total of nine, including the T1 GTC and the GTC parking garage skybridge). The scope of work encompasses the supply and application of fire‑retardant coatings, anti-corrosion treatments, and decorative finishes for the steel structure. Components include indoor steel grid shells and outdoor open‑air steel skybridges, designed to meet the airport’s stringent requirements for resistance to high‑salinity marine environments and civil aviation fire‑safety standards.
Beijing PowerChina High-Rise, PowerChina Technology Innovation Industrial Park
The project is located along the Kunyu River in Haidian District, Beijing, within the Fourth Ring Road, and comprises a science-and‑innovation complex serving as the headquarters of a central state‑owned enterprise. Constructed under general contracting by China Electric Power Construction Group, it boasts a total floor area of 209,200 square meters and includes five high‑rise office buildings dedicated to scientific and technological innovation. The structural system features a steel frame with buckling‑restrained braces; the steel structure was awarded the China Steel Structure Gold Award, underscoring the project’s status as a benchmark for high‑level steel construction in China. The project also undertook the application of fire‑protective coatings to the steel structure, rigorously controlling coating processes to meet the fire‑protection design requirements for high‑rise office buildings. Adhering to current fire‑safety codes, all steel components were coated with high‑quality fire‑resistant finishes, and the project successfully passed fire‑safety inspection and acceptance.
Xinxiang Business Center (Jinsui Tower)
The project is located at the intersection of Dongming Avenue and Jinshui Avenue in Hongqi District, Xinxiang City. It serves key projects of the Xinxiang Investment Group, serving as a benchmark for high-rise public‑building fire‑protection engineering and a flagship urban CBD development in Xinxiang. The core structure, the Jinshui Tower, stands 168 meters tall, making it a landmark, Class‑A, ultra‑tall commercial complex in the city. This project undertakes the steel‑structure fire‑protective coating works. For the ultra‑tall office tower’s steel frame system, construction was carried out in strict compliance with GB 51249 and GB 14907, ensuring the required fire‑resistance ratings of all components. The coating application was executed to the highest standards and successfully passed fire‑safety acceptance on the first attempt.
Quanzhou Haisi Financial Center
It is located in Donghai Central Business District, Fengze District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, at the intersection of Fenghai Road and Binhai Street, covering an area of 23,400 ㎡ and a total building area of 152,300 ㎡.
Xiamen Strait Success Building
Located in Xiagang Street, Siming District, Xiamen City, southeast of the intersection of Yanwu Bridge and Chenggong Avenue, with a total investment of about 1.997 billion yuan (nearly 2 billion yuan), it was officially started at the end of October 2023 and is expected to be put into operation in 2027.
