Qinghua High School Meishan Campus
Located in Shigao Subdistrict, Tianfu New Area, Meishan City, Sichuan Province, this is a flagship science and education project under the province–university cooperation framework and a directly managed 12-year public school affiliated with Tsinghua High School in Southwest China. The campus covers a total area of 338 mu, with a combined floor area of approximately 207,200 square meters. The project comprises multiple steel‑structure buildings, including teaching blocks, laboratory buildings, a science and innovation center, dormitory complexes, and various indoor sports facilities. We provided and applied fire‑protective coatings to the entire steel structure, tailored to both the academic‑educational building system and the dormitory and sports‑facility systems. Compliant with national fire‑safety standards for educational facilities and meeting the campus’s requirements for high occupant density, stringent cleanliness, and superior surface smoothness, the project successfully passed fire‑safety inspection and was delivered upon completion.
Science City Sports Center (EPCO) Project
Located in Xinhu Subdistrict, Guangming District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, this landmark‑level public sports facility serves as a core component of Guangming Science City, with a total investment of approximately RMB 1.374 billion. The project encompasses a multi‑purpose sports arena, ancillary functional spaces, and public leisure areas. It includes the full supply and application of fire‑protective coatings for steel structures, covering both the main stadium’s structural system and the supporting functional‑building systems. Adhering rigorously to the national GB 51249 standard for fire protection of steel structures, the project meets the stringent fire‑safety requirements of high‑grade public sports venues, accommodating large‑span, complex‑shaped steel structures while balancing fire‑resistance stability, coating aesthetics, and environmentally friendly, weather‑resistant, long‑lasting performance. This ensures high‑standard construction execution and successful fire‑safety acceptance.
Yellow River Museum
Located in the Huiji District of Zhengzhou, Henan Province, this nationally recognized landmark building dedicated to the Yellow River theme covers a total floor area of 7,045 square meters. The project encompasses themed exhibition halls, storage facilities, public reading areas, and ancillary office spaces. It includes the supply and application of fire‑retardant coatings for steel structures, with separate systems for the cultural‑heritage exhibition hall, the storage facilities, and the supporting office areas. The design meets the stringent national fire‑protection standards for cultural‑heritage venues and is tailored to the clean‑room requirements of artifact storage and the high‑traffic, open‑access operational environment. Low‑smoke, low‑toxicity, environmentally friendly coatings are employed to ensure structural fire resistance while safeguarding both the museum’s collections and the surrounding environment.
Shenzhen International Art Museum
Located in Xinhu Subdistrict, Guangming District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, the Shenzhen International Museum of Art—a new cultural landmark at the heart of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area—covers a total site area of 53,000 square meters and boasts a gross floor area of approximately 135,800 square meters. The project encompasses an art exhibition zone, collection storage facilities, public engagement spaces, ancillary office areas, and underground support infrastructure. For this undertaking, we provided and applied fire‑protective coatings to the complex, irregularly shaped curved steel structure of the main building, with separate systems for the exhibition halls, storage facilities, and associated ancillary structures. This solution not only meets the stringent fire‑safety requirements of large‑scale, high‑end public cultural buildings but also balances fire‑resistance durability with the refined aesthetic quality of the venue’s interior finishes, thereby achieving an integrated harmony between fire protection and architectural aesthetics.
Xi’an Olympic Sports Center Venues
Located in the Olympic Sports Center area of the International Port Zone in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, this venue serves as the core main stadium for the 14th National Games and is a key landmark—a large-scale public sports facility of provincial significance. The project encompasses a main stadium, an indoor arena, a swimming pool, and associated ancillary buildings. It involved the supply and application of fire‑protective coatings to the steel structures of the main venues, organized into two systems: the primary competition‑venue complex and the supporting auxiliary facilities. The design meets the stringent national fire‑safety standards for large public sports buildings, ensuring the fire resistance, durability, surface flatness, and environmental performance required for large‑span, irregularly shaped curved steel structures. The project successfully passed both the specialized fire‑safety acceptance inspection and the post‑completion verification for the Games.
