Xi’an Xianyang International Airport Terminal 3 Expansion and Renovation Project, and the Supporting Energy Station Project for Terminal 5
Located in Weicheng District, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, the Phase III expansion of Xi’an Xianyang International Airport—comprising the T5 East Terminal and the GTC Integrated Transportation Center—is a major civil aviation project under the National 14th Five-Year Plan. The East Terminal features an ultra-large‑span welded hollow‑sphere space frame roof, while the GTC includes tens of thousands of tons of outdoor elevated steel box girders and steel‑structure connecting corridors. The project entails the supply and application of fire‑retardant coatings for steel structures, anti‑corrosion primers and intermediate coats, as well as decorative topcoats, employing two distinct coating systems—one for interior spaces and one for exterior environments—to meet both fire‑resistance requirements for large aviation hubs and the weather‑resistance and UV‑protection standards needed in the open‑air conditions of Northwest China.
Shaoxing North Station
Located in the Jinghu New Area of Yuecheng District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, the Shaoxing North Station TOD Integrated Transportation Hub is a key station‑city integration project in Zhejiang Province. With a total floor area of 221,300 square meters, it features a large‑span tubular truss roof, a circular steel space frame in the atrium, and multiple outdoor steel‑structure skybridges. The project has completed the supply of fire‑retardant coatings, anti‑corrosion treatments, and topcoats for the steel structure, as well as on‑site installation, thereby meeting the stringent fire‑resistance and outdoor weather‑resistant anti‑corrosion requirements of a major transportation hub.
Fuzhou Changle International Airport Phase II GTC Integrated Transportation Center
Located on Zhanghu Road in Changle District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, the project has a total floor area of 82,016 m², with two underground levels and four above-ground floors, and a building height of 40.3 m. The main structure is a reinforced concrete frame, featuring large‑span steel trusses on the roof and multiple steel‑structured skybridges (a total of nine, including the T1 GTC and the GTC parking garage skybridge). The scope of work encompasses the supply and application of fire‑retardant coatings, anti-corrosion treatments, and decorative finishes for the steel structure. Components include indoor steel grid shells and outdoor open‑air steel skybridges, designed to meet the airport’s stringent requirements for resistance to high‑salinity marine environments and civil aviation fire‑safety standards.
Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport
Located in Zhengzhou Airport District, Henan Province (at the junction of Xinzheng City and Zhongmou County), it is a 4F international airport, an international cargo aviation hub and a regional passenger transport hub.
Kaifeng North Railway Station
It is located in the Fourth Street of the Demonstration Area of Urban-Rural Integration in Kaifeng City, Henan Province. It was officially opened to traffic on September 10, 2016. It belongs to China Railway Zhengzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. It is a side-below station building with a total length of 150 meters, a total width of 42 meters, a building height of 29.54 meters and a building area of 11992 square meters.
