Product Features
[1] Long-acting anticorrosive primer especially suitable for harsh corrosive environments. The dry film has high zinc powder content, excellent electrochemical protection performance, hard paint film and impact resistance. The paint film is resistant to water, salt spray and damp heat.
[2] VOC content is low, causing little harm to construction personnel and the environment.
[3] The paint film has long-term weather resistance, water resistance, salt water resistance, resistance to soaking in various oil products, and extremely strong resistance to various strong solvents.
[4] Long-term heat resistance up to 200 ℃.
[5] Excellent welding performance, anti-static.

Construction Method
[1] Surface treatment: remove impurities such as welding slag, burr and oil dirt generated during the processing of metal components, and sand blasting is recommended.
[2] The bottom layer coated with primer or intermediate paint must be clean and dry, and the dirt on the paint surface shall be removed with abrasive cloth or other appropriate methods. Galling treatment shall be carried out on the old paint film.
[3] Prepare the paint according to the proportion. The ratio of main paint to curing agent is 3.6: 1. Stir while adding. After adding, filter with a 100-mesh screen until all are mixed evenly. The mixed paint shall be used up within 3 hours. When it is suspended, it shall be covered and sealed, and stored in a cool place. Attention shall be paid to frequent stirring during use to prevent zinc powder precipitation, resulting in imbalance of solid-liquid material ratio and affecting the quality of paint film.
[4] If dilution is required, deionized water must be used and the water added for dilution shall not exceed 20%.
[5] The construction temperature shall be between 5 ℃ and 40 ℃.
[6] High-pressure airless spraying, air spraying, brush coating and roller coating.
