Indoor Non-intumescent Gypsum-based Fireproof Coating
Detailed Introduction
Specification Model: GT-NSF-Fp.t-SG206
Core Performance and Features
- Fire resistance and heat insulation: in case of fire, it relies on its own incombustibility and low thermal conductivity to form a heat insulation layer, which effectively improves the fire resistance of the steel structure.
- Environmental protection and safety: the product is composed of granular lightweight mineral materials, ordinary gypsum, and a small amount of adhesive. It contains no asbestos, heavy metals, or other harmful ingredients. Under high-temperature flame conditions, the coating produces no smoke or fumes.
- The coating is stable: the coating features strong adhesion and high strength; after drying and curing, it is resistant to cracking, hollowing, or peeling.
Construction method
1. Mixing ratio of coating
- A component: water=1: (0.9 ~ 1.1), The amount of mixing water can be appropriately adjusted based on the viscosity of the wet mixture.
- Component B: water = 1: 1.5, stir until the accelerator is completely dissolved.
2. Paint construction.
- Pre‑mix Component B with water in the accelerator pump at the specified ratio, stirring continuously for no less than 15 minutes until fully dissolved. Meanwhile, mix Component A with water in a mixer and adjust the viscosity until uniform. Only then can it be used.
- Connect the equipment as required, adjust the flow rate of the accelerator solution, start the machine, and spray the coating into a fixed container (e.g., a 1-liter measuring cup). Weigh it on a scale; the amount should be controlled within the range of 550–750 grams. Based on the foaming effect of the accelerator, adjust its dosage to control the coating consumption and ensure that the later compressive strength of the coating meets the standard requirements.
- After equipment commissioning, begin the spraying operation. Spray evenly up and down on the work surface. To achieve full foaming, uniform coverage, and a good appearance, the thickness of a single pass should not exceed 2 cm, as greater thickness may affect the coating's appearance. Use a needle‑type thickness gauge to measure the thickness, and repeat until the target thickness is reached.
