Core Performance and Features

Construction method
1. Base course treatment
- Requirements: Thoroughly clean to ensure that the base is firm, free of oil stain, rust and looseness.
- Treatment: the steel shall be derusted to the specified grade; The concrete shall be flat, and the internal and external corners shall be made into circular arcs.
2.Primer painting
- Apply special anti-rust primer to enhance adhesion and sealing.
3. Fire retardant coating construction
- Method: It is usually applied by scraping or spraying.
- Key: separate construction is required, and the next coating can be carried out after the surface of the previous coating is dry, until the total thickness of the design is reached.
4. Finish painting (optional)
- Weather-resistant paint can be applied to improve weather resistance and appearance.
5. Curing and acceptance
- Sufficient curing time shall be allowed after construction, and then the appearance and thickness shall be checked and accepted according to the regulations.
