1. Outdoor intumescent fireproof coating is a thin/ultra-thin fireproof coating specially designed for open-air/semi-open-air steel structure. The core is "intumescent fireproof + outdoor weather resistance" double standard. The key difference from indoor type is long-term anti-ultraviolet, rain, high and low temperature, corrosion.

Construction method

Core construction steps (construction according to fixed coating structure, not reversed)

The coating structure for the fire resistance test of the product is anti-rust primer → fire retardant coating → glass fiber mesh → fire retardant coating → finish. The measured total thickness of the fire retardant coating is 4.2 mm. The construction shall be carried out in layers, and the coating shall be applied and dried layer by layer. It is forbidden to apply thick coating at one time (thick coating of intumescent coating is easy to blister and crack).

1. First clean base material, remove the rust, oil stain and dust, and fill the cracks with putty.

2. Then apply the antirust primer for 1-2 times, and then apply the fireproof coating after it is completely dry, generally 2-3 times, 0.5-1mm each time, and then apply the next time after the last time is completely dry.

3. Finally, apply the finish paint for 1-2 times. The construction temperature is 5-35 ℃, the humidity is not more than 85%, the construction is not carried out in rainy and windy days, and the curing time is more than 7 days.
