Key Points of Construction
- Setting out and positioning to determine the installation sideline
- Top plate/beam bottom fixing connector
- Installation of hanger/keel, spacing ≤ 1.2m
- Plates shall be tightly spliced, with gap ≤ 3 mm
- Non-combustible sealant shall be used for plugging, and the whole shall be fixed firmly
- Permanent nameplates shall be posted
Precautions
- Metal plate ≥ 0.8mm, must be non-combustible and fireproof material
- Smoke barrier height shall not be less than 500 mm.
- It is not allowed to open holes, cut or dismantle at will.
- Avoid smoke exhaust/air supply outlet to prevent short circuit of air flow
- Check the deformation, corrosion and sealing condition every year
