Product Introduction
The fire retardant module is made of a variety of inorganic flame retardant materials and adhesive bonding materials, and is mainly used for fireproof plugging of holes or cable trays. It is widely used in power projects such as power plants, substation hubs and power distribution facilities of large industrial, mining and chemical enterprises.

How to Use
1. Opening installation
① Clean opening.
② If it is used for the opening without crossing objects (temporary fire blocking), the long side of the fire retardant module shall be flush with the base material, and shall be built in the opening smoothly and firmly.
③ If it is used for an opening with a crossing object, the fire-retardant module can be cut with a knife to conform to the size of the crossing.
(4) the long side direction of the fire-retardant module is flush with the base material, and the fire-retardant module is smoothly and stably constructed in the opening.
⑤ Seal the cable gap and the gap between the fire retardant module and the cable with the intumescent sealant.
⑥ The fire retardant module can be used repeatedly: the product adopts the form of combined module, which can be simply disassembled and moved in case of the change of plugging position and other factors.
⑦ If necessary, the identification sticker shall be installed at the conspicuous position beside the fire blocking part as the identification mark for later maintenance.
2. Installation of re-crossing:
① Remove or cut off the fire retardant module at the changed part.
② Install the crossing object, rebuild the fire retardant module, and seal it with intumescent fireproof sealant or flexible organic plugging material.
③ When passing through a single cable again, it can directly pass through the joint between the fire retardant modules, or use a sharp metal pipe or hose to drill a hole with a slightly smaller diameter into the fire retardant module and then pass through it, and seal it with expansion sealant.
Storage and Transportation
- The fireproof bag shall be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent rain.
- This product is not dangerous goods and is consigned as general goods.
