Product Introduction
- Elastic felt (ultra-low temperature rebound, resistance to -196 ℃, domestic alternative technology)
- Adaptation scenarios: LNG storage tank bottom/ring wall cold insulation, large cryogenic vessel flexible sealing, special-shaped equipment insulation, space limited pipeline/gap filling.
- Product features: elastic felt is a special ceramic fiber through three-dimensional fiber structure, fixed under high temperature ceramic fiber products. The product has excellent compression performance and resilience performance, high tensile strength and good thermal insulation performance, is an excellent gap thermal insulation filling material, and is particularly suitable for thermal insulation of the tank wall of a large storage tank.

Application of Elastic Felt in Cryogenic Storage Tank
① It is used to absorb and relieve the lateral pressure of the expanded perlite on the inner tank wall under various working conditions of the storage tank, so as to prevent the instability of the inner tank wall plate;
(2) that method is use for relieving the settlement of the expand perlite caused by the shrinkage of the inner tank wall and effectively compensating the gap cause by the shrinkage of the tank body;
③ It can increase thermal resistance, reduce heat leakage and play a role in cold insulation, so the performance of elastic felt will affect the thermal insulation effect of low temperature storage tank.
