Product Overview

Aerogel coatings cover two series of products for construction and industry, which are prepared by nano-aerogel powder and inorganic binder or emulsion solvent to form a water-based coating system. The product has good compatibility and can be used with various coatings with different properties to build a thermal insulation system with excellent performance without affecting the physical and chemical properties of the original coatings.

Application Scenario

Industrial pipe insulation: steam/hot water/heat conducting oil pipes, valves, flanges and other piping systems.
Insulation of high temperature equipment: outer wall of industrial equipment such as boiler, storage tank, heat exchanger and reaction kettle.
Energy-saving and thermal insulation of buildings: thermal insulation and energy-saving renovation of factory roofs, color steel houses, refrigerators and interior walls of buildings.
Construction of special-shaped parts: elbows, pump bodies, special-shaped equipment and other complex curved surface parts where traditional insulation materials are difficult to construct.

Construction Method

Base course treatment: derusting, degreasing, dedusting, keeping dry and flat
Stir: Open the lid and stir well.
Construction: brush coating/roller coating/spray coating, multiple times of thin coating (within 1mm each time)
Interval: apply the next time after the last time is dry
Curing: natural curing at room temperature for 24h/time, complete curing for 48h

Precautions

Construction environment temperature ≥ 5 ℃, construction is prohibited in rainy days and high humidity
It is strictly prohibited to apply thick coating at one time, because it is easy to wrinkle, flow and crack.
Use it up as soon as possible after opening the lid, and seal it if it is not used up.
Outdoor recommended with weather-resistant finish to extend life
Avoid scratching the coating by sharp and hard objects
