Construction Method

[1] Surface treatment: remove the dust, oil stain and floating rust of the substrate, sand blast the steel with oxide skin to Sa2.5 level, polish the steel without oxide skin to St3 level, and ensure that the surface is dry (moisture content ≤ 8%) and free of oil stain;

[2] Construction conditions: the temperature is 5-38 ℃, the humidity is ≤ 85%, the temperature of the substrate is 3 ℃ higher than dew point, and construction is strictly prohibited in rainy and foggy days;

[3] Operation: stir evenly, 5-10% special diluent can be added for the solvent type, and 5-15% clear water can be added for the water-based type; brush coating, roller coating and airless spraying can be used, it is recommended to apply twice, and the recoating interval is 12-24h (25 ℃);
[4] Tool cleaning: After construction, use special diluent (solvent-based) or clean water (water-based) to clean tools in time.
