Surface treatment: the base material shall be clean and free of oil stain and rust, the steel shall be derusted to Sa2.5 or St3, and the primer surface shall be intact and dry;
Construction conditions: 15-25 ℃ is preferred, humidity ≤ 85%, substrate temperature 3 ℃ higher than dew point, avoid rainy days and windy days;
Mixing operation: the components a and B are mixed in proportion (conventional 17:1, high solid content 10:1, volume ratio), and No.10 diluent is added as required after curing;
Construction method: airless spraying/air spraying/brush coating/roller coating, 2 times of construction are recommended, and the recoating interval is 7-28 H (adjusted according to the temperature);
Subsequent treatment: after construction, clean tool with special diluent, and cure at room temperature for 5-15 days until it is completely cured.
