Environmental protection and safety: diluted with water, low VOC, non-toxic and tasteless, non-flammable and non-explosive, construction friendly.

1. Surface treatment (metal substrate)

Sand blasting to Grade Sa2.5 or power tool derusting to Grade St3, roughness of 30 – 75μm, thorough degreasing, dedusting and old paint removal, dry and clean surface, and coating within 4 hours.

2. Proportioning and mixing

Weight ratio: A: B = 10:2 ~ 2.5 (common 4:1) Mix the component A evenly, then add the component B, fully stir, and use after aging for 15 minutes. After mixing, the pot life is about 2 hours, and overtime is forbidden.

3. Dilution and viscosity

Dilute with deionized water/clear water, the addition amount is 5% – 15% (no more than 10% is more stable), the viscosity is subject to smooth spraying/brushing, avoid too thin sagging and too thick orange peel.

4. Construction conditions

Temperature: ≥ 5 ℃ (below 5 ℃, curing is extremely slow/stop), relative humidity: < 75% – 85%, substrate temperature is more than 3 ℃ higher than dew point, good ventilation, avoid rain, fog, condensation construction.

Surface drying: about 30 – 60 minutes; Dry: 24 hours, fully cured for 7 days (extended at low temperature) before putting into use.
