Product Features

The paint film can be dried at normal temperature, has good weather resistance, gloss retention and color retention, is resistant to general atmospheric corrosion environment, is not suitable for immersion environment, and has convenient construction and good recoating performance.

Construction Method

[1] The surface cleanliness of the previous coating shall be strictly tested.
[2] The two components of paint shall be weighed accurately according to the proportion, mixed and stirred evenly, stood for 30 minutes for construction, added with 5-10% of water and stirred evenly.
[3] Dilute with no more than 20% water.
[4] During the construction and drying period, the ambient temperature should be above 10 ℃, the relative humidity should be lower than 80, the substrate temperature should be above 3 ℃, and the ventilation should be good.
[5] Because the water-based coating is easy to flow away from the sharp corner to form the "corner effect", in order to protect the corner from corrosion, it is necessary to grind the corner and pre-coat.
[6] High-pressure airless spraying, air spraying, brush coating and roller coating.
