Product Features

High adhesion: excellent adhesion to old color steel tile, powdered layer and galvanized layer, no peeling and falling off.
Long-acting anti-corrosion: salt spray resistance, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, blocking rust and corrosive medium.
Super weather resistance: UV resistance, no chalking, no cracking, good color retention.
Water-based environmental protection: low VOC, tasteless, non-flammable and non-explosive, in line with national environmental protection requirements.
Simple construction: no need for complex curing, can be brushed/rolled/sprayed, fast drying.
Good flexibility: suitable for thermal expansion and cold contraction of color steel tile, not easy to crack.

Construction Method

[1] The surface cleanliness of the previous coating shall be strictly tested.
[2] Temperature: 5 ℃ ~ 35 ℃, humidity: ≤ 85%, construction is strictly prohibited in rainy days, foggy days and condensation, and construction under strong wind, dust and high temperature exposure shall be avoided.
(3) stir: opening that cov and fully stirring for 3 to 5 minutes until the mixture is uniform.
[4] Dilution: 5% ~ 10% water can be added for dilution and stirred evenly.
[5] Process: brush coating, roller coating, airless spraying/air spraying.
[6] Number of times: 2 times recommended, recoating interval ≥ 2 H (25 ℃).
[7] Dry film thickness: 30 ~ 40 μm for single pass, 60 ~ 80 μm for total thickness.
