Product Features

1. Excellent heavy corrosion resistance, salt spray resistance ≥ 5000 H, suitable for underwater, underground and other complex corrosion environments;
2. Strong adhesion (grade-0), suitable for steel and concrete base materials;
3. good mechanical property, wear resistance, impact resistance and tough paint film;
4. Low VOC (≤ 80g/L), no heavy metals, environmental compliance;
5. support low-temperature curing, has strong construction adaptability, and that pot life at normal temperature can reach 8 hour;
6. that quality is stable, the protection life is more than 20 year, and the repair rate is extremely low.

Construction Method

1. Surface treatment: the steel shall be sandblasted to Sa2.5, the concrete shall be polished and leveled, the dust and oil stain shall be removed, and the surface shall be dry (moisture content ≤ 8%);
2. Construction conditions: temperature 5-35 ℃, humidity ≤ 85%, avoid rainy and foggy days;
3. mix operation: mixing that component a and B according to the proportion (the weight ratio of 9:1 or 10:1 is commonly used), curing for 30 minute, and diluting as required;
4. Construction method: airless spraying, brush coating and roller coating, 2-3 times are recommended, and the recoating interval is 12-24h (25 ℃);
5. Subsequent treatment: clean tools with special diluent in time after construction, and cure at room temperature for 7 days.
