Super shielding anti-corrosion, greatly blocking water, salt spray, chemical penetration, excellent adhesion with epoxy zinc-rich/inorganic zinc-rich primer, polyurethane/fluorocarbon/chlorinated rubber finish, no peeling between layers, tough paint film, wear resistance, impact resistance, high hardness (up to 2 H), water resistance, salt water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, industrial atmospheric corrosion resistance, environmental protection.

Construction Method

[1] The surface cleanliness of the previous coating shall be strictly tested.
[2] The two-component paint shall be accurately weighed, mixed and stirred according to the proportion of A: B = 85:15.
[3] Stir the base material first, then slowly add the curing agent, and fully stir. Construction shall be conducted after standing at 25 ° C for 30 min.
[4] During the construction and drying period, the ambient temperature shall be above 10 ℃, the relative humidity shall be lower than 85%, the substrate temperature shall be above 3 ℃, and the ventilation shall be good.
[5] Because the water-based coating is easy to flow away from the sharp corner to form the "corner effect", in order to protect the corner from corrosion, it is necessary to grind the corner and pre-coat.
[6] High-pressure airless spraying, air spraying, brush coating and roller coating.
