1. Common characteristics (color paint + varnish)

Good construction formability: no hard lumps in the container, uniform after mixing, stable storage state; two layers of brush coating are barrier-free, and the construction operation is simple; The surface drying time is less than or equal to 2 hours, the drying speed is fast, and the appearance of the coating film after film formation is normal and uniform without defects such as shrinkage cavity, cracking and the like.
Strong environmental stability: the varnish has no deterioration after three low temperature cycles, the colored paint has no abnormality after five temperature change cycles (water immersion + freezing + hot baking), and the performance is not affected in high and low temperature environments, so it is suitable for construction and use in different regions.
Environmental protection and safety: there is no release of harmful substances on the whole, the varnish is more environmentally friendly, the total content of VOC, benzene series and heavy metals such as total lead, soluble cadmium/chromium/mercury are not detected, the paint meets the environmental protection standards of building coatings, and there is no potential safety hazard in use.

Construction Method

The construction process of the two products is the same, with brushing as the main way, simple operation, no need for special equipment, the core steps are as follows:

Base surface treatment: clean dust, oil stain, burr, water stain and other impurities on the substrate/wall to be coated to ensure that the surface is dry, clean and flat; The wooden base material is polished smooth in advance, the metal base material can be pretreated for rust prevention, and the wall base layer is ensured to be solid without pulverization.
Mixing of coating: After the barrel is opened, the coating shall be fully mixed until it is uniform and free of hard lumps, and no additional diluent is required (if the consistency needs to be adjusted, it shall be operated according to the product instructions).
Coating construction: brush shall be used for uniform coating, and the coating shall be divided into two layers, so as to ensure that there is no missing coating, no pinhole and no sagging. The interval between the two layers shall be subject to the surface drying of the first layer (≤ 2h).
Natural curing: natural drying at room temperature to form a film without special curing. If the paint is used for tunnel and other projects, the construction area should be ventilated and dry during the curing period.
