Construction Method

The product has simple construction operation, takes brushing as the main construction mode, and is suitable for on-site manual construction. The core steps are as follows:

Base surface treatment: clean dust, oil stain, burr, water stain and other impurities on the surface of the base material to be coated to ensure that the surface is dry, clean and flat; Wooden base materials shall be polished in advance, and metal base materials can be subject to rust-proof pretreatment.
Mixing of coating: after opening the barrel, check the state of the coating, and directly and fully mix it until it is uniform and free of hard lumps, without adding additional diluent (if the consistency needs to be adjusted, operate according to the product instructions).
Coating construction: brush shall be used for brushing construction, which shall be divided into two layers, and shall be applied evenly according to the conventional brushing process, so as to ensure no missing, no pinhole and no sagging.
Natural curing: The product can be dried naturally at room temperature by taking advantage of its fast surface drying characteristics. The interval between two coats of painting shall be subject to the first coat of surface drying (< 2h). The construction shall be completed after the overall film formation, and no special curing is required.
