Product Features

[1] With water as diluent, it is non-toxic, tasteless, pollution-free, non-flammable and non-explosive.
[2] Good yellowing resistance, weather resistance, light retention and color retention.
[3] High gloss and good fullness.
[4] Excellent adhesion, high hardness, high wear resistance.
[5] Excellent water resistance, oil resistance, solvent and chemical resistance.
[6] Good resistance to humidity, heat and salt spray.

Construction Method

[1] The surface cleanliness of the previous coating shall be strictly tested.

[2] Two-component ratio of main paint: curing agent = 4-6: 1, mixing and stirring, standing for 30 minutes for construction, adding 5-10% of water and stirring.

[3] Dilute with no more than 20% water.

[4] Dry film thickness: 20-50um.

[5] During the construction and drying period, the ambient temperature shall be above 10 ℃, the relative humidity shall be below 80, the substrate temperature shall be above 3 ℃, and the ventilation shall be good.

[6] Painting interval:

The ambient temperature is 5 ℃, the minimum interval is 24h, and the maximum interval is unlimited;
The ambient temperature is 25 ℃, the minimum interval is 16h, and the maximum interval is unlimited;
The ambient temperature is 30 ℃, the minimum interval is 10h, and the maximum interval is unlimited.

[7] Because the water-based coating is easy to flow away from the sharp corners to form the "corner effect", in order to protect the corners from corrosion, it is necessary to grind the corners and pre-coat them.

[8] High-pressure airless spraying, air spraying, brush coating and roller coating.
